Apparently, the team composition of William Yorick and Daisy Walker is cursed, because this is the second time that combination has been brought to an MLA round-robin match, and it’s the second time that autofails overfloweth from the goblet of Arkham misery. There were multiple near-deaths, but Team Yig Is Our Daddy maneuvered the game to a total of 18 points when all was said and done.

Dicegods brought our fourth William Yorick to the round-robin, leaning on Timeworn Brand as the weapon of choice for dealing with the Royal Emissary and the Poltergeists. Yorick felt the relentless onslaught of the enemies, the treacheries, and the chaos bag, leaning hard on Tetsuo Mori to desperately cling to life and make it out the scenario, even when there were moments where the players lost all hope. Nicabar brought a Daisy Walker deck utilizing tricks such as Map the Area, Quick-Witted, and Whitton Greene to boost up (and reduce) all kinds of tests. This Map the Area, in particular, was an important piece in this team’s success and was a secret MVP for the match.
